Licensing gives you the right to use an existing AFA design for a specific purpose, without transferring ownership. We remain the original creators of the design.

2. Types of Licenses

• Non-Exclusive License

  • You can use the design, but it may also be licensed to other clients.

  • Ideal for marketing, presentations, or editorial use.

• Exclusive License

  • You are the only client with the rights to use the design.

  • Ideal for large-scale projects, brand campaigns, or architectural applications.

3. Usage Rights

Licenses are tailored to your needs. Please specify:

• Purpose (internal use, marketing, real-world architectural project, publication, etc.)

• Duration (e.g., 1 year, 3 years, perpetual)

• Region (local, national, or global)

4. Pricing

Our licensing fees depend on:

• License type (exclusive vs non-exclusive)

• Intended use (internal, marketing, real-world project)

• Duration and territory

Typical ranges:

• Non-exclusive (internal/marketing use): £100 – £5,000

• Exclusive (architectural/brand use): £5,000 – £50,000+

5. AI-Assisted Designs

Some of our designs are developed using AI as a creative tool, combined with our expertise, direction, and refinement. All licensed works are original AFA concepts and are protected under our licensing terms.

6. Process

1. Browse & Select from our catalogue (designs are named/coded for clarity).

2. Submit a Licensing Request through our form.

3. We will look over your request and provide a proposal and fee.

4. Once the terms are agreed upon, a license agreement will be signed, and you’ll receive the high-resolution design files.

7. Legal Notice

• Licensing grants usage rights only.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our designs.

• Unauthorised use of AFA designs is strictly prohibited.
