This exhibition reveals the enduring royalty and regality inherent in Africans across the diaspora. Regardless of growing up in various countries, especially in the West, they carry a lasting connection to their cultural heritage. Jaime was brought to the National Gallery of Ireland, where he posed in front of historical Western paintings dressed in traditional Nigerian attire and an Ethiopian wrap, blending cultural narratives in a powerful visual dialogue.
